What are your pieces made of?
Every piece is hand-poured epoxy resin, most set on a real wood base. Our lamps have a built-in color-changing LED, run on USB, and include a remote for the light modes. Chess boards and décor pieces are solid resin and wood with no electronics. Full details are on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order, so we hand-pour it first — usually 1–3 weeks — then ship worldwide with tracking. You'll see the estimated dates on each product page before you buy.
What size are the pieces?
Most pieces come in small, medium, and large. Exact dimensions are listed under Size on each product page, so you can match it to your desk, shelf, or table.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not identical. Each piece is poured by hand with no molds, so small differences in colour, bubbles, and wood grain are natural — they're what make yours one of a kind.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@caslova.com within 14 days with your order number and a few photos. We cover return shipping on approved claims and send a replacement or refund.
